Greater Toledo FC Impact joined the ECNL Regional League in 2022 and has see results in every age group. In 2024, GTFC brought home the U16 ECNL Girls Regional League National Championship, had its U17 team qualify for the ECNL Regional League Girls Finals, and three other teams reach the ECNL Regional League Girls Playoffs - Central. This season, GTFC currently leads the ECNL Regional League Girls - Ohio Valley in the U13, U14, and U17 age groups, and are in playoff qualification in the U16 and U18/19 levels. GTFC has been committed to putting forth their very best effort on and off the pitch, and that hard work has paid off.
"It has been GTFC Impact's ambition to join the ECNL, which has become the pinnacle of youth soccer," said Executive Director Mike Aubry. "The ECNL offers unparalleled visibility for college recruiting, the premier platform for player development, and elite resources to support coaching education, player health, safety, and the professional growth of each individual club. Following two and a half years of relentless effort within the ECNL Regional League, we are thrilled to announce that our hard work has paid off. I could not be more excited for my players who have dedicated themselves to making this dream a reality. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the ECNL for believing in us and providing us with the opportunity to grow and thrive within this exceptional league. We are excited to contribute to the continued success and legacy of the ECNL."
